Deixei a cidade grande, em busca de paz e ar,
Na praia encontrei calor que não dá pra suportar.
O custo de vida alto, me faz questionar,
Será que é melhor voltar pro meu antigo lar?
O sol é tão forte, não consigo me exercitar,
A beleza da praia já não pode compensar.
Minha mente divaga, começo a pensar,
Será que a cidade grande é onde devo ficar?

Left the big city, seeking peace and air,
Found unbearable heat at the beach, hard to bear.
The high cost of living makes me question and stare,
Should I return to my old home, where life’s more fair?
The sun is so strong, can’t exercise at all,
The beauty of the beach doesn’t cover the fall.
My mind starts to wander, I begin to recall,
Is the big city where I should stay after all?
